TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDERS AND DELIVERY
These terms apply to orders placed through our online store. Your order is primarily processed using automation, which streamlines the management of orders and deliveries from our suppliers. We deliver our products across the entire Eu region.
Order and Price
- Product Price: The final price of the product in our online store is determined based on the shipping address you select.
- Final Price at Checkout: You will see the complete and final price of your order at checkout after providing the shipping address and before confirming the order and payment.
- Shipping Costs:
- We primarily offer free shipping on all orders.
- Exceptions apply to orders valued below € 20.These orders will include shipping costs.
- The exact amount of shipping costs for orders under €20 will be clearly stated at checkout before confirming the order.
- Additional Fees: Please note that additional fees, such value added tax (VAT) or customs duties, may be added to the order price depending on the shipping address and local regulations.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible using automation. Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of placing the order.
- Order Modifications or Cancellations: Once an order has been submitted for automatic processing and its status is “In Order Progress” or has been successfully processed, it can no longer be modified or canceled. This includes any changes to address details, product quantities, or product codes. Orders are processed based on the information you provided when placing your order.
Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your product’s original supplier and selected shipping address. We cannot provide exact delivery times in advance but aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- Tracking Information: When the product is shipped, our system automatically updates tracking information in the order details and on our online store. You can monitor the progress of your order using this information. Note that in some cases, suppliers may restrict access to accounts, preventing tracking information from being obtained or updated. Unfortunately, in such cases, we cannot provide a tracking number. You will be notified of the product’s arrival via the email address you provided.
- Delayed Deliveries: If delivery is delayed and the order includes a reliable shipping carrier and a valid tracking number, the customer should directly contact the carrier to inquire about the specific situation.
Returns and Refunds
- Return Eligibility: A return request can only be made after the order has been delivered to the customer. The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Process: If you want to return a product, contact us via email at: cobgrowlights@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return. If the product is damaged or defective, please provide photos or other documentation of the defect. We will process your return request and send you a return label via email. Returns must be sent back only using the provided return label. Returns sent via other means will be rejected.
- Return Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product was damaged upon delivery.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned product has arrived at the supplier’s warehouse, scanned, and inspected. This process may take 7–14 days on the supplier’s end. The refund will be issued to the payment method you used.
